Neuromuscular Dentistry Courses in India

    Neuromuscular Dentistry is a form of dentistry that involves correcting dysfunctions of misalignment to reduce the stress placed on the muscles that connect tissues to the jaw. The jaw is realigned by reducing the stress and tension that's placed on the muscles and bones.
The procedure

 The procedure involves the examination of the jaw using several computerized instruments to measure the jaw movements and jaw muscles to determine the extent of the problem. NMD (Neuromuscular Dentistry) Courses at ICPRI

Neuromuscular Dentistry (NMD) is a field of dentistry which deals with muscles and nerves that help in the positioning and movement of jaws and jaw joints.

NMD is a holistic approach towards treatment of temporomandibular disorders without involving surgical procedures. They involve the reprogramming the muscles of mastication and helps with the treatment of sleep disorders like obstructive sleep apnoea.
